Most U. S. Workers are Entitled to Receive a Minimum Wage
Most workers in the United States, including U.S. Territories, are entitled to receive at least the Federal minimum wage for each hour worked. Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked over a 40 hour work week.
These laws are enforced by the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division and protect all workers.
