Marvin L. Pickering, EA, PHR, Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, informs all taxpayers that, effective Monday, October 30, 2017, all Bureau offices on all three islands will operate from the hours of 9:00a.m to 3:00p.m.  On St. Croix, the Estate Diamond office is open. For excise tax clearances, we are still clearing from the US Customs Office at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Air Cargo location.  At this time, the Gallows Bay office still remains closed. We will inform you when this location becomes operational again.

On St. Thomas, the East End Plaza office location is open and in full operations.  The Nisky Center office location is also open and in full operations.  Taxpayers are reminded that they can file and pay taxes at either location.

The temporary excise and cashiering offices, which were located at the Tropical Shipping office in Crown Bay, will be closed on Friday, October 27, 2017, at 3:00p.m.  We extend our gratitude and appreciation to Tropical Shipping for allowing us to provide services to our taxpayers from this location.
